Challenge

The store had declining sales and wanted to reach a broader audience. They struggled with visibility and attracting new customers. The old website was very minimal and did not showcase their products well.

Solution

I created a new website using a custom WordPress theme that acts as a catalogue as the owner did not want to sell online. The website features a clean and modern design, making it easy for customers to browse and inquire about items. I also implemented SEO best practices to improve visibility in search engines. At the same time we started to use Instagram to post weekly reels to increase reach.

I made it easier for website visitors to contact the store by adding a contact form and clear call-to-actions. The website is fully responsive and works well on all devices. By adding information about the designers and brands of the objects they sell, we also improved the SEO and attracted more organic traffic.
