Challenge

I was asked to create a marketing website for a lindy hop festival in Zurich. The customer wanted a design with a vintage/retro feeling to it, matching the aesthetics that were popular during the time when lindy hop first started.

Solution

I gathered some inspiration on and designed a theme which is heavily inspired by art deco and the 1930s / 1940s.

The page is optimized for converting visitors to customers by placing call to action buttons, motivating the user further by including a countdown and highlighting the quality and programm of the festival.

The theme is completely custom built from scratch with extensive customization options.
